The ‘Genie in a Bottle’ fame recently announced her next venture. Aguilera is now partnering with Procter and Gamble Prestige Products to create her own line of perfumery.
Christina said, ‘ I love trying new things in my music and in fashion. To have a perfume of my own is the beginning of an exciting adventure. Procter and Gamble is the ideal partner for this new experience.’
The yet unnamed perfume is expected to be available by the end of the year. However, it is not yet known if she will be venturing for any other beauty product or not.
The pop tart is following the ‘in’ trend of launching a perfume line as has been successfully done by Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker, David and Victoria Beckham, Beyonce Knowles, Britney Spears and Kylie Minogue.
The market is as it is overflowing with celebrity fragrances, so I’m unsure if this one will create any waves.
