Comme des Garcons released their first fragrance labeled ‘Comme des Garcons’ back in 1994. After that they have created some innovative fragrances like ‘anti-perfume,’ ‘Odeur 53′ which was made by blending 53 non-conventional scents. And for April 2007, Comme des Garcons released three new fragrances under their ‘Play’ series.

The perfume is extremely simple with classic ingredients such as -

Head: bitter orange, black pepper, lime and saffron

Heart: thyme, sage and sea notes

Base: oak moss, patchouli and musk

The packaging uses a standard bottle and a prototypal cardboard box and will be available at all Comme des Garcons stores, as well as Guerilla stores. Each 100 mL bottle will cost 60 Euros or $80 USD.

Now Inter Parfums products will be available at New York & Co. stores and on their website. Perfume and cosmetics company Inter Parfums Inc. and New York and Company have signed an exclusive deal under which Inter Parfums will design and manufacture a new line of personal care products which will be sold at the New York & Company retail locations.

The bath and body products will hit shelves late this year or early next year, Inter Parfums Chairman & Chief Executive Jean Madar said in a statement. But the terms of the deal were not disclosed by the company.

Jean Madar said,

We anticipate that the initial line of bath and body products will be in New York & Company stores late this year or early next year. We are very excited about our association with New York & Company, one of the fastest growing retailers in the United States. We admire the success it has achieved by building its brand and loyal customer base around clothing and accessories that are ‘trendy, affordable, comfortable and sexy for real women and with real lives.

The bath and body products that we are developing are designed for the target New York & Company customer, the fashion-conscious, value-sensitive women between the ages of 25 and 45.

The line will include between 20 to 30 different products and Inter Parfums will be responsible for product development, formula creation, packaging and manufacturing while New York & Company will be responsible for marketing and selling in its stores.

The Los Angeles fashion brand, Guess, has launched its fourth fragrance. This new fragrance called Guess Suede is for men and has been launched in a span of about 20 months.

The top notes of this new fragrance include bergamot, tangerine and pineapple. And the base notes are vetiver, sandalwood, suede and mahogany wood.

Guess Suede will be available 1.7-oz. and 2.5-oz. bottles and will cost you $40 and $50.
