The company known for creating a series of must-have handbags now releases its first fragrance called Coach new 1.7 oz Perfume Spray. It has a blend of soft florals combined with amber, vanilla and precious woods.
This new fragrance comes in the exquisitely etched glass bottle that features a signature pattern. It has an Iconic Coach lozenge shaped bottle top, accented with a miniature hangtag.
The edp retails for $68. The purse spray and solid scent are $42 and $40 respectively.

This one is the latest concept in fragrance testing. Replacing traditional human ’spritzers’ will be five feet tall by one-foot wide pod-like kiosks adorned with the advertisement of a particular scent. The perfume kiosks will be installed in stores and malls and will have a dropper opening from which scent will be dispensed from a 300-ml. reservoir located inside the unit.
Not only will the fragrance reservoirs dispense fragrance samples, they will also double up as billboards for the brand.
A few scentesters have already been installed at about 78 malls and are being highly appreciated. About seven tester kiosks will be put up at every mall, which is projected to be approximately 550 in total.
Participants include luxry brands like Armani fragrances, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Kenzo, Bulgari, Calvin Klein, Cerruti, Cacharel, Lanc me, Paul Smith, YSL Beaute and Azzaro.
Jean-Paul Gaultier adds a second masculine fragrance in his franchise. Gaultier’s first fragrance ‘Le Male’ was launched in 1994. The name of this new fragrance is a play on Les Fleurs du mal (The Flowers of Evil), a volume of poetry by Charles Baudelaire. This new scent is a men’s fragrance centrally based on orange blossom.
Fleur du Male created by Francis Kurkdijian, the author of Gaultier’s 1995 debut Le Male, features the notes of white flowers in an intensely floral perfect for the man ‘who has nothing to hide’ according to the company.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, Fleur du Male is a fougere, and Kurkdjian ‘overdosed the orange blossom,’ and used a ‘revisited fern accord, with notes of petigrain leaf and coumarin.’
Like Gaultier’s previous scents for both men and women, Fleur du Male comes in a torso shaped pure white bottle.
